WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF WORKING WITH GLOBAL PRINTING SOURCE?

The advantages to the customer are numerous. With over 20 years of printing experience and offices in both the U.S. and China, GPS is ideally positioned to analyze your entire project and work out the most effective strategy to accomplish high-end results. We are a USA-based company. We operate under the same laws as you and your company do. By doing business with us, you are protecting yourself and insuring that your project will get delivered on time and completed perfectly.

We have a factory network throughout Asia and North America, and Central America. Each factory has been vetted based on overall quality, capabilities and specialties. We can print virtually anything, in any size, in any quantity all at a significant savings for the customer.


IS THE QUALITY AS GOOD AS WHAT I COULD RECEIVE DOMESTICALLY?

Yes, and better! Our global factories use state-of-the-art equipment and the highest quality materials. All of our factories are ISO-certified.


WHAT ABOUT ALL THE PAPERWORK WITH CUSTOMS AND FREIGHT?

Global Printing Source is fully bonded and can handle all the paperwork and customs regulations if that is the customer's preference. The entire process is seamless to the customer.


WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

Customers can reasonably expect to save 20% to 50% on costs, depending on the project. Labor intensive projects can provide even greater savings. Many customers choose to take advantage of the manufacturing cost savings to upgrade raw materials.


HOW IS OFFSHORE PRINTING DIFFERENT FROM PRINTING IN THE USA?

While the quality of printing Offshore is equal or better than the quality from printing in the USA, the main difference is the required extra 3-5 weeks of shipping time from the Offshore factory to the final destination. Projects allowing for this shipping time, will realize the 20%-50% cost savings.


IS MY PROJECT A GOOD FIT FOR OFFSHORE PRINTING?

Many projects are. Some projects are not. Once we have more information we can determine if it would be a good fit for Offshore Printing. If it is not a good fit, we have many options to print the project in the U.S.


DO I HAVE TO COORDINATE IMPORTING MYSELF?

You can. Otherwise, we handle port to port delivery including customs clearances. We can also coordinate inland shipping or you can set up inland shipping yourself.


DOES YOUR PRICE INCLUDE OCEAN FREIGHT AND CUSTOMS FEE?

Our prices are quoted with all ocean freight and customs fees included (unless otherwise noted).


DO YOU HAVE AN OFFICE IN ASIA?

The GPS Team in Asia ensures all products are manufactured as specified and delivered on-time. The GPS team in China: No.5 SanMin Road, ShuiTian Community, ShiYan Road, BaoAn District, Shenzhen City and 360 Changshou Road, Shanghai Yuan Da Tower, Shanghai, China


DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

This depends on the customer's location and the legal organization of the customer's company.

FAQ'S - SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

We offer problem-free manufacture and import. Products will be shipped directly to you. Global Printing Source can take care of all the paperwork associated with shipping, logistics and U.S. Customs. GPS is fully bonded. Global Printing Source can also set up all of your inland shipping. GPS can arrange LTL, full truckloads and partial truckload services. GPS will work with you to select the most cost effective shipping option that delivers the product where and when it is needed.


DO YOU HANDLE DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERY?

Yes. We typically quote delivery from our factory to POE, but when required GPS will quote to your door.


CAN YOU HANDLE FULFILLMENT?

Yes. GPS offers a variety of fulfillment services.


CAN YOU HANDLE BULK-MAILING?

Yes. GPS offers a variety of mail house services.


DO YOU DO WAREHOUSING AND DISTRIBUTION?

Yes GPS has a warehouse in Charlotte, NC and Richmond, VA and we also have relationships with warehouses across the U.S.


CAN YOUR QUOTE BE FOB or EXWORKS ASIA?

Yes.


CAN YOU SHIP TO ANY PORT IN THE USA?

Yes. We can ship to any port in the U.S. We also ship to the Middle East, Europe, and throughout Asia.

FAQ'S - TURN-AROUND

WHAT IS THE TYPICAL TIMELINE FOR HAVING PROJECTS COMPLETED?


Production for most projects is completed in 10-14 days from proof approval. then, ocean shipping takes 3-6 weeks-depending on POE, and inland shipping can take 1-7 days. We can airship all or a portion of a project. Air shipping via DHL or FedEx takes around 1-3 days.(Keep in mind that using airfreight can negate much if not all of the manufacturing cost savings).

CAN I GET DESIGN SERVICES FROM GPS?

Yes. GPS can provide design services in the USA, and from Asia.


CAN I RECEIVE ADVANCE SAMPLE COPIES, or MOCK-UPS?

CAN I GET FULFILLMENT OR INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FROM GPS?

Yes, GPS offers Inventory management in the USA or Asia, as well as fulfilment services, including kitting, pick and pack, mailing and other required services for our customers.
